Refund policy

Bevoi Products offers a committed ensure rate for all our customers. We offer a 30 day return policy with an extended 6 months of warranty on part replacements for all items we sell. In order to return an item back to the Bevoi, you must simply contact the store who sold the item to you. All items that are returned must be in in its original package and in new condition. Fees may apply if package is damaged or not in original condition. Bevoi is not responsible for items that are not returned without an Return Authorized Number, we issue an RMA to our distributors and dealers in order to keep an organized process for all refunds or returns. Please note: There will be no returns accepted beyond 30 days.
